Description
TLG is the The Lysalothardaris Group, an
independent and specialized mercenary group. They operate
several "brands". The Skirmish Corporation
specializes in contract fighting and private wars, Cosset
Security does primarily bodyguard and defence work, and Fracas
does civilian sector work such as defence classes and combat
shows. There are unsubstantiated rumours that TLG also runs a
"wet work" department.
Functional
TLG is a relatively new corporation, still run by its founder
Manassis Lysalothardaris, a grizzled old warhorse turned
businessman. He is an intimidating man with a glassy-silver
prosthetic left eye and an obviously prosthetic left hand. He
brings a Sun Tzu-like approach to his business, liking his
affairs to be ordered, structured, and organized. He approaches
business with the idea that give and take is necessary and wins
and losses are both acceptable. A lot of his business has been
acquired through the absorbing of other companies. He will
generally maintain at least a 50% interest in the business and
sell off shares to the other 50% to raise capital for further
acquisitions.
